ABSA cannot confirm that my accounts are closed

I have closed 4 of my accounts at ABSA and the balance on all of them are R0. ABSA cannot give me any confirmation that the accounts have been closed. Action line tells me to look at the statements . The statements that I have received still shows the accounts as open. This is unacceptable.
