ABSA cannot be trusted.
Do not trust ABSA on-line facilities. It has directly cost me a thousand Rand. I lodged a FORMAL complaint some weeks ago. My branch assures me they cannot do anything... My answer... Move Banks, there are Banks who actually care. Do not trust ABSA. If their on line facility says... \APPROVED"This does not mean \""APPROVED\"". It means NOTHING AT ALL> No one will contact you. You will get no further communication.<br> Now ABSA.. I wrote you and told you I would be setting this out for all to see... Before I do"

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Liesel Badenhorst made contact with you yesterday and explained that all Loans are subject to T & c's. When you went to Humansdorp branch, you did not inform the CSC Clerk that you have already app**** on-line and that you only wanted to know how long does a Loan pay-out take.
I will ask Liesel to contact you accordingly.
