ABSA can't resolve a problem

<p style="color: #555555;">The last 2 months I have been harassed by ABSA with calls and sms's about a credit card which I aparently owe interest on.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">The interesting thing is, I have been with FNB since 2009 when I closed my ABSA account.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">Now 8 years later they start calling me.</p> <p style="color: #555555;">Everytime they call, I tell them I do not have a credit card with ABSA and I'm with FNB. And the person on the line says we will refer this to the credit department. Nothing is happening and this morning was the last straw...they send an SMS saying my credit card limit is now R1 500.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">So either somebody is not listening or ABSA is in trouble and trying to get money from innocent victims. I am REALLY sick of their sms's and calls as it seems they can't sort out a problem on their side...AND THAT IS WHY I'M WITH FNB!</p> <p style="color: #555555;">I also told them I will make a big fuss if they blacklist me for money I do not owe and a card I do not own! As I am a honest person who pay my accounts every month!</p> <p style="color: #555555;">So after this morning I decided to do the HelloPeter thing because I am sick of ABSA and the fact that they target innocent people.</p>
