ABSA can't protect my account from **********!!!

<p>Hi </p> <p>My ABSA account has been reflecting 3 NAEDO debit orders per month from 'companies' such as SKYLAB for an amount of R99 for over a year now. I've queried it with ABSA because I don't even know who SKYLAB is and I don't subsribe to 'cold calls' from anyone. ABSA says they're helpless & that I should try to stop them myself. </p> <p>I've tried contacting SKYLAB & others like MZANSI but they don't answer their phones.</p> <p>How do I stop this blatant theft from my account on a monthly basis?</p> <p>Why is ABSA allowing it to go through despite my instruction to stop ANY NAEDO transactions going through my account?</p> <p>Why is ABSA charging me a fee of R18 per NAEDO transaction when I clearly can't stop them from coming off my acount?</p> <p>I AM SO FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW THAT I PLAN TO CLOSE MY ABSA ACCOUNT!!!</p>
