Absa can't deliver basic service
<p>Went to visit the Absa branch in Tygervalley that claimed they are open on a Sunday and there to help its customers. After 1h30 the only two consultants had failed to finish with any customers and the queue of fustrated clients got longer and longer. So much for claiming you can deliver basic services. The rest of the branch staff sat around looking.</p>
