Absa can not tell me where's the payment I made from Absa to capitec

I transfer money from Absa to another bank account they failed to tell me where my money is they told me that I must email eft department which I did until now they can't tell me where my R6000 is and why it's not paid out I called them over 6 times I filled 100 airtime and all for nothing
