Absa can not stop to mess up

What a worse experience dealing with Absa. The house I was selling previously got registered a week ago. Absa sent me 2 SMS's stating that my bond was cancelled and one of their consultant will contact me. Note, I had a shortfall that I need to settle. A week later I am receiving a statement from Absa stating "As agreed" then they tabled how I need to pay for the shortfall going forward. Mind you me no one at Absa has called me to make the payment arranges, I just wonder who did they agree with.

Tried to call the customer care, the calls are not going through, their line is terrible. After 30 min I managed to speak with one of the consultant . She then told me that my house shows that it is still in registration. So who sent the 2 SMS's the previous week stating my bond has been cancelled? My house got registered a week ago yet on the Absa system it still shows my house is still being registered.

I signed an AOD contract, but the statement I received yesterday doesn't look like anything I signed on the AOD showing my shortfall. I wanted to settled the shortfall this week. Now I've got 2 figures that do not align and I do not know which one to pay now. No one is saying anything. Everything is just quiet. Absa is very efficient is signing people up for loans and binding them to huge debts, but when someone leaves the debts these all sorts of issues. I am being transfered from one department to another. Absa needs to hire competent people, their employees are becoming more like goverment workforce.
