Absa can be a nightmare sometimes

On the 03rd February i spoke to one of the lady from Collection department making payment arrangement for the 29th February 2016 and me and the lady agreed,i was suprised on the 06tyh February ABSA went and made a journal debiting my cheque account with R1900 without any permision or communication with me.<br> I called in and explained to Roselyn and all she said was she will listen to my conversation with the lady i spoke to and will get back to me until now she has not got back to me.<br> I explained to her the emergency of the matter as i have a debit order that will go through today and will return if absa doesnt reverse that journal and ABSA will charge me return debit order fee that i am not prepared to pay because i had funds in my account but absa decided to access my cheque account without my persmission.<br> It is horific and unacceptable absa how you treat us your clients
