ABSA CALL CENTRE PIN BLOCKED

I'm battling with my credit card now about a month. It gets declined when swiped. Phoned Absa Credit card yesterday, my pin was blocked, I have to go to my branch which is Silverton (which is closed till December)<br> Nearest branch is Mamelodi - I can't walk there ! The man I spoke to said he will lift the block and confirmed I can use my card again. This morning under the most humiliating circumstances my card was declined again! I phone the contact centre again 8H24 Shereez , can't unblock she'll put me through to someone who can help and I got to a department who has no idea what I'm talking about. Again told to go the branch nearest _ which is closed!! I'm going to close my account. Absa is ***********
