ABSA CALL CENTRE IS THE WORST

<p>I had the worst experience with the ABSA call centre speaking to thunali who wouold not get his manager to speak to me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent my documents to them via three different channels and still they having issues. </p> <p> </p> <p>the promised to call me back and never did and once again I waste my time and money. They made drive to a branch and the branch was not helpful andI wasted 2 hours in traffic. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is pathetic.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
