ABSA business service sucks!

ABSA business banking services and their so called business banker are a waste of time. I have been waiting all morning for one of them to call me back. I have had my business account with them for almost 14 years and i can not believe this is the service we have to get from them. And this is not the first time, a few years back i also went to see a business banker for assistance and till today i`m still waiting for ABSA to actually come back to me..... i`m talking easy 4 years now. ABSA business banking should rather not advertise all the assistance they offer to clients as i find it is a load of bull, in 14 years i have been with them they have not once offered to assist us as a small business...... as long as they can make money out of your business with their ridiculous charges they could not give a ****. Seriously think it is time to consider moving to another bank with my business and personal banking. All i can say is their service to long time clients sucks!
