Absa Business Reversal Disgusting service

I’ve had it up to my wits end with the consultant dealing with my reversal! It’s ridiculous that I’ve had to run around to get feedback since May regarding a reversal of R12500! I would not be reopening any account with their business department any time soon. Appaulling to say the least! Wish I could give -100 on this platform.
