Absa Business Overdraft is a Joke

I contacted my business banker seeing as I was running into cash flow problems. I asked for a credit card for my business. She said no problem and offered me a credit card for the amount I needed. She then told me it will take two weeks, to which I said that won't help me seeing as I needed the money two days ago. She told me she would get back to me. with a solution. When she called back, she offered me an overdraft saying that it will take only two days from the day I sign the documents. It has been more than 3 weeks now, and still no overdraft. I am so so disappointed. This is the only bank I have ever known and used. She now of course swears that she never said two days for a business overdraft, but I call bulldust. Because when she said two days and she did, I felt such a relief that I would be able to do what I need to do. Now every time I speak to her she tells me that everything is in order and we are just waiting for the pay out. I have absolutely no confidence in Absa anymore, and I don't believe that they are willing to help businesses.
