ABSA Business Menlyn Maine - Terrible Service

ABSA Menlyn Maine Business division has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. We asked for our accounts to be moved from the previous relationship manager to Menlyn Maine (it was geographically close to us). In 3 years that I have requested it, the accounts have not been moved, the people working there have been lying to me, they are unresponsive and cannot follow through on any of their promises.

I am very close to leaving ABSA altogether after 20 odd years with them. At the very least the must move my accounts back to the old relationship manager, I WILL NOT be doing business with Menlyn Maine branch ever again!
