ABSA BUSINESS INTEGRATOR

I submitted a complaint on 26 September 2017 about ABSA's Business Integrator. The program uses SQL and is not compatible with my other accounting/payroll programs that also uses SQL. So I am unable to use the Business Integrator to load debit orders for one of my clients. We have paid for the installation of Business Integrator and ABSA debit's my clients account each month for business integrator, which I am unable to use. After my query about 7 people contacted me from ABSA - asking me what the problem is and then promise that they will fix it / get back to me with a solution. What happened??? Absolutely nothing. No response what so ever from ABSA as to how they will fix my problem Great service ABSA, I will make sure to tell everyone I know about the fantastic service I received during the last month.
