ABSA Business costing my business money

I inherited my father`s company when he passed away in 2020. Since then it has been a mess getting the business account linked to my smart phones app. This vital for the business as I need to renew bank cards and approve new beneficiaries. For the past of months I have been paying all the business`s expenses through my own personal account and this cost me in the region of R100K in VAT lost.

I have visited the branch a total of 5 times to sort out this issue and each time the linking process goes through up until the last stage where it fails and each time the explanation is that "network is poor", even when logging onto the ABSA wifi! These five visits have cost me over 7 hours of my own time!! And what makes matters worse is that my business banker who is working from home is just unresponsive to emails and telephone calls. The call center is just as useless!

I have other businesses and do their business banking through other banks where I have never had any issues or cost the business any money. I am seriously considering moving this Absa account which my father has opened a good 30 years to another institution if this is the manner that ABSA business conduct themselves.
