I opened a business bank account online on 23 April 2020, i was issued with a bank account number that day but surprisingly the account is not finalised because of a lockdown excuse. What is difficult to conclude a bank account telephonically? Now i stand to lose what i was supposed to receive in my business account because of an *********** bank. Absa you need to afford your clients proper service and convenience if you are to remain competitive in banking You are a great disappointment.
