Absa business banking service so slow

Carmen Cloete at Cresta Absa is supposedly a "personal business banker"...well, no personal service there. Been waiting since 10 January for a statement reflecting my new address...still nothing despite follow-up emails. She only rep**** once pretending not to have received required documents via email. What a hoot.
