Absa Business Banking not recommended

Absa Business simply blocks your account without the courtesy of a warning if they want proof of your address. Shocking. And when I sent proof of the updated address almost two weeks ago, supposedly to my business banker, I do not get a courtesy of a reply. I sent a further mail to ask for an acknowledgement. Still nothing. Shocking. Not surprisingly my main business account is not with Absa.
