Absa business banking is pathetic

This is the worst most pathetic service ever. I have a merchant machine. Absa claims they haven't received my monthly feed. But it is clear on my statement they took the money from my business account. Now they do not want to release my money. This is now the second issue I am having with this account. This is absolutely pathetic. I want to cancel this card machine and I will go over to fnb
