ABSA Business banking in Potchefstroom is pathetic

I had to open a new business account, but was told by the business banker I have to sit in his office for 2 hours in order to do that. This ended up being 3 hours.<br> <br> Today I need a letter from ABSA confirming another business account. ABSA Mooirivier Mall said they can't help businesses with this letter, only individuals. Am now standing in the que at ABSA Church street for more than 30 minutes where there are only 2 of 7 counters open.
