Absa business bankers shocking service

I am the chairman of a Body Corporate in Amanzimtoti. The Body Corporate bank account is with ABSA business bankers. For the past 3 months we are trying to get ABSA to change the authorized signatorys on the bank account but with no success and which has now led to the account been frozen and as a result we cannot even pay the Complex operational bills. We have supp**** ABSA what was required for FICA purpose, but each interaction leads to different information they require. Absolutely a pathetic bank. Our Managing Agents has advised that all other Body Corporates under their management experience similar issues with ABSA.
