ABSA Business Bank has zero customer service

I’ve been so frustrated with ABSA. I changed my cell number in May and I need to update it with the bank. Now because it’s a business account, a normal branch can’t do it. At the business branch, I need an appointment. An appointment for them to punch in 10 digits??? You’ve got to be kidding. I emailed my banker until she resigned. I’ve now got a new banker who’s been ignoring my emails. I’ve been so frustrated with ABSA business.
