ABSA Business Bank

I have been attempting to close a business account with the business consultants at ABSA. Due to Covid, I was informed that the consultants work from home and I need t to email them. The business closed end February 2020 and I have not received an income to that account in this time. In the meantime, bank cost are piling up and I have received NO feedback
