ABSA Business Account Terrible Service

We have an ABSA business account and deal with the branch at Arbour Crossing Umbogintwini. We have left many messages and sent many emails to our personal banker. We get no call back, no reply to our emails and our matters are not attended to. I would like to meet with the manager to take this further.
