ABSA BUSINESS ACCOUNT TEARS MY NAME

Good day

This is my 100 ATTEMPT to get help from ABSA I will quote the complaints reference numbers previously received and no assistance to date. C-***3(02/11/2022) C-***5(01/11/2022)

Both these complaints were acknowledged by your complaints department NONEWHATSOEVER assistance. I am to this day getting calls and Messages from your lawyers KOKETSO PRECIOUS ATTORNEYS claiming I owe R2500 from a closed business account. THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED IN JULY 2021 ALREADY BY YOUR BUSINESS BANKERS IN HORIZON VIEW BRANCH ALREADY.

I do have some sort of knowledge with how collectors or attorneys work, they keep on billing/ they keep on making action on my credit profile just because of an error which ABSA cannot work on.

I REQUEST to be assisted and get answers my name will not be bad in your failure to do your work. SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB
