Absa Business Account - Lose business while you sit and wait

App**** for a business account with Absa. Got a message stating that the account has been opened but a agent will call to activate the account. Still waiting for the account to be activated. Terrible service from a bank that claims you can open a business bank account online. I need to receive payments for my business but cannot get any help with activating my account.I'll hust sit and wait and lose business while i wait for Absa to call me. They obviously do not care about their business clients.
