ABSA Business account - go to FNB, ABSA is pathetic

App**** for a business account online at the end of Feb 2021,after not receiving any feedback after a week I then had to go to THREE different branches just to be told that there is only one consultant in the entire district that handles new businesses, I was then told to leave my number and the consultant will call me back , FOUR MONTHS LATER, still no phone call. Only TWO WEEKS after my online application did I receive a phone call to officially open the account. The consultant told me that I can go straight to the branch for a card as it is not a personalized card. I went to the branch they said they did not have a card and I was then told to wait for an SMS. That was in March. It is now June. Not having my business card has made procuring supplies for my business extremely difficult. Secunda Branch Manager is extremely rude.
