Absa business account

Absa business account is ****, they claimed that FNB reported a *****ulent transaction on my business account. I sent all the required documents as proof on Monday last week. They have ceased my funds since then, yet claiming that the case was closed. Now my business has to be on hold because they are not done with the investigation. I have been calling them for the whole week. They are so ***********. 👎👎👎
