Absa Bureau Services
For the past 17+ years an amount of R 100 monthly was debited from my FNB banking account and paid over to Absa as per the following documentation: Transaction Description Code: 5234 Description: Magtape Debit Category: Payme Sub-Category: Electronic Payment
Customer Service Information User Code: 3941 User Name: Absa Bureau Services 1 User
Till to date nobody at Absa could explain to me to whom this payment is made, where i authorized such a payment, and for what this payment is. Absolutely shocking that my hard earned money can disappear in a bottomless hole.
