Absa bullies

My aunt Hazel Arendse suffered a major stroke. She has not recieved any income as of May 2023. They are busy with her temporary incapacity claim. Wha truly upserlts me from a huge company like ABSA is the threatening way you have correspondent with my aunt. Someone at risk for another stroke and suffers from aphasia who cannot understand all you say as well as communicate properly with you. How utterly pathetic to use such bully tactics on someone who is so vullnerable
