absa bull****

I have a home loan with Absa Home loans and have a flexi save account linked to my account. The account is now over R11000,00 and I contacted Absa to try and withdraw my savings. I was dismissed and told that my insurance is not up to date. They alluded that I don't have Building insurance and i explained that I was called by them to consider their insurance which is Absa. I cancelled my insurance Uber and joined the absa direct insurance. The rude lady by the name of Baleseng Xaba indicated to me that my insurance that I have been paying for over 2 years is not linked to my house. They will have to link it first because it's a building insurance but not linked to my bond, now I wonder which bond where they insuring for the duration of my payments. They were deducting R400 monthly without fail. She continued and sent an email alluding that the insurance that they gave me is not adequate for my house, so I won't be able to access my flexi save. What a ****ty bank, don't wish anybody to consider Absa in any way.
