Absa building loan is a ****

I have an R699000 house loan with an ABSA bond at an interest rate of 10.95%. In October 2022, I signed a contract for a new development. Last November, I committed to making R5383 per month in repayments for 20 years. Following their final payment to the developers, the total reimbur*****t amount was adjusted to R8037.34. I emailed them to query these ludicrous changes, and they responded by claiming that I had skipped payment, which is why the amount had been increased. As far as I knew, I had never missed a payment, and they were not going to release money if one was missed.
