Absa building loan department ***********!

Absa building loan department is ***********. I called to get my debit order date changed and was sent from pillar to post. I was told only one person can authorize that and was given a number to call which is not going through. The consultant helping me refuses to give their names for my record instead I'm being told to go to the branch. Throughout my entire loan application I have never seen the inside of a branch why should I go now for something so simple. I am disgusted at the fact that an entire Absa building loan department comes to a standstill for one person. Do better as a bank
