Absa Building Loan

What a shocking experience trying to get our first progress payment out of Absa. Instructions have been vague and for the most part unhelpful with an attitude that suggests they are doing us a favour rather than making obscene amounts of money off lenders. Communication between the bank and their subcontractors is non-existent with everyone turning to us, the customer, seemingly uncertain of the process.

Had we know what an arduous process this would be, we would have gone with FNB.
