Absa building insurance what a joke!

Stop phoning me demanding bond payments! When I demanded you to fix my property for everthing I was covered for(particularly the mining under my property which I have no control over)you told me to go **** myself now im doing the same!! I even send you a 350 page document of mining activities that would start under my property and carry on for 8 years!!in our weekly newspaper theres complaints and acticles regarding mining in my area and you still told me im lying!You broke contract now im doing too! I've warned you since December im going to stop my payments as Ntiladi Mthimunye works at Absa gets paid a salary from Absa and doesnt even reply to mails with his "facts" on why!They state in the decline report my pool has reached economical end of live? Type into google marblite pool livespan....15 to 20 years!My pool is 5 years old! The company that build my pool doesnt cover mining activities.They state in the report my house tiles cracked because of bad workmanship? The Whole house was tiled right through by the same company but only in one piece its craked?and for the thousandth time the tiles are cracked because of my foundation that is cracked!is the tiler to blame for mining explosions under my house that FIRST cracked my foundation and then my TILES?? ****ing rediculous! Same with my paving in my lapa, blown upwards, you can clearly see how it was blown up as my lapas wooden enclosure poles right under the paving thats lifted more than a centimeter in a triangle form has overlaped from the bottom upwards in a nice curve!!(again this paving company has paved my WHOLE property just here where the damage is its "bad workmanship")and exactly in a meter diameter from there my pool has cracked.You will get your money when my property is back in the state it was in November.Go read my other posts from December theres the whole timeline on everthing.Now Bessi Shaku has the audasity to send me a mail stating that it was brought to her attention that I have corroded pipes and I need to fix it asap and send her proof??I dare you come here and show me ONE corroded pipe on my property? THERES NONE!If you want to threaten me get your facts straight first!ONLY thing on my property claims since december regarding pipes was an municipal pipe outside my property boundary NOT MY PROPERTY OR PIPE!furthermore she said in 2016 I claimed for a geyser but they paid me out for the claim I must send her proof or I wont have further cover??GO CHECK AGAIN,your people came out,replaced the geyser,i paid the R500 excess,the settlement was for replacing the ceiling bords, painting walls and ceiling,resealing my rooftiles as there was frogskin on NOT FOR THE GEYSER!if your contractor did a proper job with the geyser they would have finished the job,now show me a carpenter that gives 5 years warrenty on painting and fitting a ceiling?you better remove that **** from my account and again get your facts straigt!i also see Bessi send me an updated insurance policy and what do you know...all of the sudden mining has been removed from my policy!!!its ok at the time of my claim mining was covered under the policy.My neighbours property was hit on the same day as mine,in the same way,inside in the middle of their living room and outside the property...their property has been fixed already!!!and by the way you cannot have it both ways,when it suits you a property needs to be maintained to ISO standards but when it affects you it doesnt!!meaning when the sinkhole appeared outside my property boundary wall and ran in under my boundary wall and under my driveway paving, Ron from Limitless your Structural Engineer who spend a whole 14minutes at my property accessing everything and explaining how the paving and my boundary wall needs to be fixed correctly...and how he is very concerned obout this...all this in 14min recorded from stopping at my house...what a joke...he doesnt seem concerned when his report says I must fill it with sand from outside...Ntiladi opted to tell me to fill the sinkhole with sand from outside my boundary,meaning we must stand in the hole and throw sand inside between the sinked hole and my driveway/boundary wall thats standing in mid air.CANNOT BE COMPACTED and is already falling in .GREAT ISO STANDARDS! If I was abusing my insurance its another story, I had one claim in 2013 for hail damage and one in 2016 for a geyser that burst thats all... and you get treated like this?!
