Absa building insurance is useless.

I had a fire at my house . I lodged a claim at ABSA. Absa had a assessor at my house to assess the damage. Marietjie at Absa is telling me that it was the contractors fault and they are liable and that Absa legal department must decide what must happen. Absa must provide a service that I am paying for. They must repair my property and then Absa's legal department can argue with the contractors legal department. While all this is going on I am still sitting with a damaged property. 2 weeks ago Absa said they will give me a answer from there legal department. I am still waiting. Everytime I try to get a hold of Marietjie, she is either not available or in a meeting. I will recommend everyone to stay away from Absa building insurance. It looks like Absa in general does not have very good service.
