ABSA BUILDING INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ABSA Retention department , You are plain "sleg" . I need my building insurance cancelled as I moved my homeloan to FNB. Thjis has been cancelled 4 months ago. They need to pay my money back with the amount which was paid to them till Feb 2023. My emails are being ignored, the homeloan cancellations department could not even get them to contact me . I need this resolved ASAP! This is exactly the reason why I moved away from ABSA in the first place!!
