ABSA building insurance Claim no: ***

I took out a bond with ABSA some years ago, included in the bond is building insurance etc, I thought it really convenient that ABSA threw in the insurance. Basically nobody sits down with you and explains the fine print of the cover. I put in a claim 1 June 2018 for rising damp caused by the hectic rain over the past summer. To this day not one email or call to give any feedback (30 August 2018). The bad service we have all come to expect from ABSA. I called today and FINALLY got some feedback saying i am not covered for damp, i should have included that. But i dont know what is included in my policy ABSA, all i know is when you gave me a bond you said my building is also insured!! DO NOT INSURE WITH ABSA if you expect good service.
