Absa Building Insurance - again after more than a month - sill no feedback on claim

<p>I've registered a building insurance claim with Absa Insurance more than a month ago and after numerous calls from my side - still there is no feedback on whether it had been approved or when repairs will be done.</p> <p> </p> <p>The storm damaged my walls, carpets, ceilings and cupboards.</p> <p> </p> <p>The contractors had been there more than once to take pictures and write an assesment, but still no feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the meanwhile as I've tried to explain to Customer Service, I have tenants in there that do not want to pay their rent, due to the state and smell of the house.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will once again not recommend Absa Building Insurance to anyone out there and if I hear of anyone requesting quotes on that side, I would defenately advise against it.</p>
