Absa Building Insurance

<p>Registered Claim number - ********** </p> <p>I have logged a call to ABSA on the 30 January '17 for our swimming pool that got damaged. First ABSA send out an contractor to come assess the damage. He told us that we had a big pool and with the water restrictions and stuff - it’s to big ABSA won’t pay out..... after a week we heard nothing so I phoned and they said they have assigned an assessor to come have a look. So they send out a car assessor to come asses our pool..... after hearing nothing I phoned again and they said it has been rejected..... I've asked them for a rejection letter with the reasons why it was rejected because I want to take this further. up until today I haven’t received anything from ABSA. I have been trying to actually speak to Shalene Ramkison how is assigned to this claim - but she is never there. Sins then we had to take the fiber glass pool out - in pieces sins I have two small kids 1year and 4 years who wants to play in it.... now I'm sitting with a 8m x3m hole in the ground that I need to full up and don’t have money to do so. So would someone please just send me that rejection letter so I can take this matter further. In todays water restriction days i'm not expecting a new pool... but I need some help to close that hole, and its going to cost alot of money, that I dont have.....</p>
