ABSA Brooklyn Mall closed for Business.

I'm afraid ABSA Brooklyn Mall is closed for Business matters. Our Rotary Club is trying to FICA its accounts. Apparently, only one person can do this, Jane. But she is not there. The other Business Manager, John, is apparently not authorised to help us. He is also impossible to reach by phone. They refer us to an online option, but we have tried that twice with no feedback whatever. It's like playing submarines, because FICAing a club in terms of business structures is complex. I visited the branch today and they refused to let me escalate this to a manager. We are now tired of hearing what we cannot do. Can someone at Absa please tell us what we CAN do, such as use an alternative branch or an escalation channel. John and Jane both know the contact details for our treasurer.
