Excellent service throughout the claims process thus far. The aftermath of a burglary is traumatic, having to deal with insensitive “idiots” is most unwelcome. We are lucky, our claims handler; Mari Schoeman - Brolink, is sympatric, fair, transparent, and very efficient. Brian Gooding ‘loss adjuster’ from DRM & Associates is professional, courteous with due regard to integrity.

Obviously there are disputes with regard to some replacement items, however the situation is being resolved amicably.
