Absa brokers with attitude!

Absa keeps getting worse! Went into a branch in April, Dbn Nrth, met with their advisor who gave me a basic run down of absa products. Now that I am in the market again, and I reach out to this advisor, it seems he blocked me on WhatsApp! This is totally absurd behaviour when we want to keep our investments in one basket. I have multiple products already with absa and now wanting to expand on that, I cannot. This is a slap in the face and a blatant **** you to their customer.
