ABSA broken windows claim

I have put in a claim for broken windows due to severe weather and have waited since November for ABSA to pay the money into my account. At first the excuse was that they needed two signatures, but now they have both signatures and still haven't paid the money into my account? Regards Jeanette van Deventer cell: ***
