ABSA branchnot able to provide business with cash because only teller is off sick

Good morning ABSA I am the manager of a business that frequently needs to withdraw large amounts of cash from the branch. This morning I was told by the person on duty that she cannot give me cash because she does not "have the functions" - even though she has helped me for years in the past. She seems equally frustrated that these "functions" which she had for many years were now taken away. The only person who apparently "has functions" /teller/ be able to issue cash is sick. Tomorrow is a payday and I need thousands in cash today. Will the only person with "functions" also be sick tomorrow and if so, what happens then? Kindly assist how I can get access on a normal business day to the cash of the business. I am not the only person / business with this problem. This branch is in a decent sized town. To withdraw huge amounts of cash from an ATM is unpractical, unsafe and discouraged by ABSA
