ABSA Branches in Evaton and Sebokeng

On 22/09/2018 I visited two ABSA Branches one in Evaton Mall and Thabong Shopping Centre, I went there to submit my FICA documents in order for me to be able to transact on my account. So I provided them with one of my retail account statement as proof of address and they just looked at the address and they told me the format of the Address is not correct "Zone7A must come before SEBOKENG" so they can't help me it's either I go to the town council to confirm my address and then I decided to produce my Bank Statement from another Bank the address was in the format they expected it to be however the issue was the GP in the address, they told me addresses mustn't have GP on, I don't know who came with this Pathetic process in these branches because I eventually submitted same documents online and my account was sorted without any hustles I experienced in these Branches
