Absa Branch Staff make huge effor to help after issue with Absa systems

I just want to thank Branch Manager Louise and Consultant Liz at Absa Annan Road, Carletonville who have made considerable efforts in helping me to get my loan application sorted after a quoting issue on Absa's systems.

I was pleasantly surprised that Absa gave me an even better interest rate than originally negotiated which has really put me at ease in migrating my loans from Capitec back to Absa since Absa's interest rates on loans are FAR better.
