I'm trying and trying to contact the manager since she is the one selling or let me say the one advising me to take out the account with them telling me that my fees would only be R98 per month which I did now there is money taking for administration fees of R500 and other things this is not right everytime money is paid in they took it and I told her what my condition is towards that my family sending me money and the just took it for what I want my money because I know only about R98 fees in one week they took my money yesterday again over a thousand rand in a few days Absa branch Somerset East

05 May 2025, 23:09I'm still waiting after she called me up untill now and I told her I'm in hospital so she said she is on the line with headoffice according my case and she phone me back what if my salary paid in that account it will dissappear like the fees is not what she told me I really want my money in my account tommorow morning seriously I can't pay administration fee over that amount when she said my fees are only R98 per month or is this how you guys promote people to join and be a client of your bank I don't know what to expect now that this is happening money comes in and just go my acc is on 00 why
