Absa branch protea gardens soweto worst service

Thursday 2nd December 2022 I visited ABSA Protea Gardens branch to withdraw a western union transaction and the service received here was the worse. All consultants from the minute you walk in here give you the a attitude. I was assisted by Zanele Ndaba who took my documents and left me benched for over 30mins until I decided to ask what's the delay. Upon asking, Lucia Khumalo responded to me in an attitude asking if I wanted to leave instead. Long story short, I couldn't be assisted as my full names had to be edited and Zanele said I can leave my proof of address for her to assist me again the following day. Friday 3rd December 2022 I returned to the same branch, upon arrival, Kelebogile Ratube said western union is offline and that she can check which other branch I can go to. I refused and asked to check again and she pointed out that she and Lucia Khumalo were the only two who can assist but instead the branch only has dependency on Zanele Ndaba to assist with Western Union and was not in..at this point, I'm left benched for an hour, as heavily pregnant as I am by Nolubabalo Ngqula and when she questions Kelebogile Ratube, I'm called a **** and she denies everything she had previously said to me. This is the worst service I have ever received and will never ever consider coming to this branch ever again
